We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any gift boxes, tags, and certificates

  • Returns must be initiated via email to our customer care team before sending the item back

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

  • Personalised or custom-made pieces

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items purchased as final sale or marked non-refundable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
